Are you a singer and play a little piano but want to get better? If you are interested in singing and playing the piano, this course is definitely for you!

Develop your skills in singing & piano playing

Welcome to the piano accompaniment course for singers! Most people are very impressed when they see someone singing and playing at the same time. Accompanying yourself on the piano is an art and a fantastic fun way to create music. This course will give you a deeper knowledge of chords and harmony, improve your piano accompaniment techniques in different genres and help you get better at performing in front of an audience.

Piano & Singing course is a unique opportunity to develop both your singing and piano playing while you focus on the style of music that is closest to you – pop, soul or singer-songwriter.

During the course you practice on developing your piano accompaniment skills and learn different types of accompaniment.

Lessons are given individually or in groups of 2-5. During the course you get a unique chance for creative exchange and music creation as you share your experiences and learn from the others. Together we create a fantastic inspiring environment!

Learn different genres of music

The piano course for singers is designed in such a way that you get a chance to study piano arrangements by famous artists in different genres such as John Legend, Lady Gaga, Elton John, Adele, Alicia Keys etc. When you look at how your favorite artists accompany themselves both live and on the recordings you get an insight into how their voices and piano playing techniques come together in a fantastic sound mix and what accompaniment skills they use when they sing and play the piano simultaneously.

The piano course ends with a presentation of a chosen song on vocals and piano (live or recording).
